​Pima Paving got its start doing primarily asphalt paving but has since then expanded its services to include other aspects of road and sitework construction. With both a residential paving license and a general engineering license and decades of hands-on experience, we pride ourselves on being able to self-perform a wide range of services at a competitive price. The services highlighted below are some of the more typical services we perform for commercial, residential, or industrial projects.

Asphalt Paving and Surface Treatment

Asphalt (AKA asphaltic concrete or "blacktop") is a versatile, cost-effective pavement material for roads, driveways, parking lots or runways. Asphalt pavement can be constructed and opened to traffic within a matter of hours, which makes this material convenient for high-traffic areas. In addition to new asphalt paving, we also offer repair and maintenance services for existing asphalt pavement, such as crack sealing, patching, seal coating, slurry seal, and chip sealing.

Concrete Portland Cement

Concrete (PCC) is a durable option for the hot desert. While the initial cost of PCC installation is usually higher than asphalt, the maintenance cost is typically lower over the years. Our concrete services include driveways, sidewalks, ramps, slabs, and installation of precast concrete structures such as box culverts, catch basins, etc.

Grading, Excavation, and Other

"Siteworks" is a general term that refers to any area of a construction project that is not a part of a building's physical structure. Sitework services we offer include but are not limited to: initial (rough) grading, fine grading, excavation, backfilling, land clearing, removal of debris, demolition of existing structures/obstructions, utility trenching, minor landscaping, riprap and culvert installation, signage, striping, and installation of new driveways and parking lots.
